HERE IS THE TIME FOR THE HARVEST AT PARENCHÈRE!

The harvest is underway at Parenchère!

As of September 30, about a third of the harvest is now in our cellars.

The whites and rosés are in the process of vinification. Now is the time to make our reds.

We have escaped the worst. If we were affected by the late spring frosts, during which we lost half of the harvest in white, we were not subsequently struck by the multiple bad weather (hail, thunderstorms, floods …) nor by diseases such as mildew which damaged many vineyards.

Despite a bad year, the grapes are thus in good health, with good sugar levels. Let’s go for the vinifications!
