“A light nose with white flowers scents (hawthorn, jasmine) gives way to an harmonious wine on the palate. The blend, dominated by Sémillon (50%) combined with Sauvignon and Muscadelle, offers a very pleasant roundness in the mouth, supported by a nice tension. This freshness makes the wine even more pleasant as an aperitif or over grilled fish.”
