    • Château de Parenchère Rouge
      Château de Parenchère Rouge

The estate’s traditional wine is produced using vines aged 20 years on average and is usually made up mostly from Merlot, complemented by the other grape-varieties of the estate.

The palate is full, fleshy and round with an underlying structure. It displays intense red fruit aromas (cassis and black cherry) with elegant and soft tannins.

It can be appreciated now but has an ageing potential of about 8 years.

    • Cuvée Raphaël
      Cuvée Raphaël

Cuvée Raphaël is the flagship wine of Parenchère. It was made in memory of the renovator of the estate : Raphaël Gazaniol.

It is produced from a selection of the finest plots and oldest vines (40 years on average) and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.

The Cuvée Raphaël is always a very dense, concentrated wine with elegant tannins that stand out, but are mellow and smooth. They are elegantly woody, but not excessively to leave plenty of room for the fruit.
This wine can be appreciated in its youth, but offers a beautiful guard capacity of a dozen years.

    • Esprit de Parenchère
      Esprit de Parenchère

“Esprit de Parenchère” is the Château’s exceptional blend, embodying the quintessence of our terroir.
Produced in confidential quantities (up to 8.000 bottles), this cuvée is elaborated only in the greatest vintages so that its unparalleled quality is ensured.

It is made from the two best plots of the estate, mostly planted with Cabernet-Sauvignon, and benefits from extremely low yields. It was then aged in French oaked barrels for 14 months (90% new).

Power and finesse are in symbiosis to offer a wine created for Grand Crus lovers. It enjoys an amazing ageing potential of up to 18 years.

    • L'Équilibriste
      L'Équilibriste

L'Equilibriste is a special cuvée produced aiming to magnify a very pure and expressive fruit, for an immediate pleasure.
Predominantly produced from Cabernet Franc, it is intended to be drunk in its early years and has been produced without added sulphites.

The name symbolizes our search for harmony between the classic structure of Bordeaux wines and great aromatic expression.

With its intense notes of small black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry) and violet, it will delight lovers of supple and fruity wines.

    • Château de Parenchère Blanc
      Château de Parenchère Blanc

The white wine of Parenchère owes its complexity to the clay-limestone soils of the domain, but also to its blend since it is elaborated from the three main grape-varieties of Bordeaux.

This blend contributes directly to the balance of this wine. Indeed, if Sauvignon brings a lot of aroma and freshness, Sémillon will instead give the wine a certain fleshiness in the mouth. The Muscadelle comes to complete the aromatic range of sustained notes of white flowers.

A dry white wine with intense white and citrus fruit aromas, which is both fresh and round on the palate. Its balance makes it an ideal accompaniment for fish and seafood.
It can be appreciated within the 2 years after its bottling

    • Château de Parenchère Clairet
      Château de Parenchère Clairet

This rosé wine, labeled in Bordeaux Clairet derives in individuality from its production technique. This special style is called a rosé of “Saignées” as a longer maceration is operated with the grape's skins to get more colour and roundness.

Our Bordeaux Clairet has a light cherry colour and is particularly aromatic on the nose with intense strawberry scents. The mouth is very round and fleshy, with a fresh and delicate long finish.

This roundness and more pronounced structure makes it a perfect rosé for gastronomy.

    • Château de Parenchère Rosé
      Château de Parenchère Rosé

The name of La Roseraie was given in honour of the 18th century rose garden located on the estate and perfectly illustrates this very light and delicate rosé, with notes of lychee, rose and hawthorn.

Produced in only 5,600 bottles, this rosé will delight lovers of rosé wines with finesse!
